Refund policy
Due to the nature of our Kreations, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for the care of your Kreation after it leaves our Kraftroom. No refunds will be issued for Kreations where the design has worn off over time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any orders or gift cards.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate physical address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid contact information provided by the customer.
Please note that although Kreations will be similar to the photos, they will not be exactly the same. Colors may vary due to screen settings. All items are handmade and no two items are exactly the same. Please allow for minor differences and imperfections.
All Digital Kreations are sent automatically and electronically and are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for checking their inbox, spam folder, and junk folder for delivery emails.

Failure to receive a digital product due to customer-provided information errors or email filtering does not qualify for a refund or chargeback.
