Due to the nature of our Kreations, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for the care that is taken to your Kreation(s) after it leaves our hands. No refunds will be issued for Kreation(s) where the Kreation(s) has worn off over time. However, if there is any problem with your order, please contact us.
Please note, that although Kreations will be similar to the photos, they will not be exactly the same. Colors may vary due to screen. Please note that all items are handmade. No two items are the exact same. Please allow for minor differences and imperfections.

Shipping
There may be delays due to COVID-19. We appreciate your patience.
Please allow applicable Kreation Time for your order. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of you approving your final Kreation(s). Please double check that your shipping address is correct, all items will be shipped to address provided. Changes cannot be made once the order has been made. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.
Once your order has been given to the postal service, We am no longer responsible for the transit and any damage that may happen within that time. A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped. Please keep your tracking information or sign up for updates so that you may be to follow your order.
