Returns

Due to the nature of our Kreations, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for Kreation(s) where the Kreation(s) has worn off over time. Be sure to follow the Kare Kard instructions. However, if there is any problem with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Please note, that although Kreations will be similar to the photos, they will not be the same. Colors may vary due to the screen. Please note that all items are handmade. No two Kreations are the same. Please allow for minor differences.

Shipping

Please allow applicable Kreation Time for your order. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of you approving your final Kreation(s) if necessary. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct, all items will be shipped to the address provided. Changes cannot be made once the order has been made. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.

Once your order has been given to the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the transit and any damage that may happen within that time. A tracking number will be provided via email once shipped. Please keep your tracking information or sign up for updates so you can follow your order.
